It’s just over a month before players, for the first time in 15 years, return to the island of Vvardenfell to rediscover the home of the dark elves in The Elder Scrolls Online: Morrowind. To make the wait more enjoyable, Bethesda have unveiled a new trailer of the game to share with the players the nostalgia and opportunity to revisit their favorite Morrowind scenarios.
The new online role-playing game will be available on June 6 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC and Mac. According to the developer, Morrowind will redefine the traditional concept of expanding a massive online multiplayer game by incorporating a huge Amount of content and new features that will be accessible and fun for both new players and veterans.
Newcomers to the series will be able to launch directly into the game and start with a new character without having to complete any previous content, although they can benefit from hundreds of hours of additional adventures throughout Tamriel with the original game.
Vvardenfell is the largest area added to The Elder Scrolls Online since its launch and uses the same geographical layout as The Elder Scrolls III, including all the key points of interest in the classic game. Players will embark on a journey 700 years before the events of The Elder Scrolls III, from the Seyda Neen docks, through the volcanic Ashlands, to reach the town of Vivec, which was still being built during this period.
Remember that the chapter will feature a new class, the Warden, with which the player will have the freedom to select between various skills and styles of play. The Warden also features a new combat ally, the War Bear, a fighter who will stand by our side during the battles.
