FIFA16:EA Sports Have Published the Player Ratings Recently

FIFA 16 player ratings

EA Sports have released the player ratings for the new edition of the most popular football game, FIFA 16, so Fifa 16 loyalists can now check the list of top-rated players in the eagerly awaited EA Sports game, which will be published on 25 September in the UK. The ratings are depended on recent performances of the players in both league and cup matches, and are reflected in Fifa 16 and Fifa 16 Ultimate Team.

Unsurprisingly, Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo and Luis Suarez take the first three spots. Two Premier League players are in the top 10 but while Chelsea star and Player of the Year Eden Hazard is an expected name (he comes sixth) the other is a bit more of a surprise. Besides, Manchester City new boy Kevin De Bruyne is given an equal rating of 86 to United captain Wayne Rooney.

EA Sports has compiled and released the complete list of the 50 top-rated players for Fifa 16, which will be released on Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS4, PS3, Android and iOS.

Coutinho Snubbed in FIFA 16 Liverpool Ratings

To the uninitiated, the FIFA video game franchise is a bit silly. People get genuinely worked up about arbitrary ratings assigned to animated characters as EA release updated ratings with a new edition of its game. However, debating the merits of FIFA ratings is a fun activity for many people, and there is something to be said about what the ratings can reveal about a team — they’re a rough barometer of perception, providing insight into how people expect the team to perform.1

For Liverpool, the perception is clearly that top four is not likely this season. EA revealed the top 50 players in its new game and not one Liverpool player made the cut, despite the incredible season that Philippe Coutinho is coming off of. It’s a bit laughable to keep Coutinho out of the top 50, and the complete absence of Liverpool players from the list emphasizes the underdog role that the team finds itself in once again.

For comparison, Bayern Munich lead the pack with nine players in the top 50, while Manchester City and Chelsea both have five, according to the Echo.

FIFA 16 is set to initially release on September 22nd.

An All New Way to Play FIFA 16

Electronic Arts Inc. (EA) today announced that EA SPORTS™ FIFA 16*, chosen Best Sports Game by E3 2015 Game Critics, delivers New Ways to Play in its two most popular modes: FIFA Ultimate Team™ (FUT) and Career Mode. FIFA Ultimate Team introduces FUT Draft, a brand new way for fans to test their team building skills and compete with some of the best football players in the world.

And this season, Career Mode adds two features most requested by fans: Pre-season Tournaments and Player Training that ensure an even deeper and more authentic career whether fans play as a manager or a pro.

In FIFA Ultimate Team Draft, fans can compete in single player or online** in a single knockout string of four games to achieve rewards – the more games won, the better the reward to utilize in your FUT Club. Once fans enter a Draft using virtual coins, FIFA Points, or a Draft Token, they will choose from one of five formations, then a captain, and then go on to fill out the rest of their 23-man squad by selecting a player from a choice of five in each position.

Fans will be tested as they choose between picking the best players and creating a team with the right chemistry before they enter their games. See FUT Draft in action as two of England’s top football pundits, Jamie Carragher and Gary Neville play the all new mode: here.

“We are delivering unprecedented depth and innovation to the franchise this season by bringing several new ways to play across Career Mode, Ultimate Team, and through the introduction of twelve Women’s National Teams,” said David Rutter, VP and GM, EA SPORTS FIFA. “We think fans are going to be equally as excited with all the new ways as they have been with the gameplay in FIFA 16. From hands-on gameplay events across the world, we’ve heard resoundingly positive feedback on the balanced and exciting experience we are building in FIFA 16.”

FIFA 16 delivers Innovation Across the Entire Pitch in gameplay highlighted by No Touch Dribbling and Clinical Finishing, two new features sure to provide Moments of Magic in the final third. To balance against attacking players, defenders now move as a unit with new positioning and 25 feature changes to their locomotion, ensuring they stay with attackers and give fans Confidence in Defending. Arguably the most important part of the pitch, the middle of the park is where matches are won and lost, and FIFA 16 encourages fans to gain Control in Midfield with Passing with Purpose and Interception Intelligence, two revolutionary features that elevate the battle for possession and balance gameplay. Goalkeepers have also been improved with new save animations and authentic positioning.

Rich and authentic football narrative in FIFA 16 is driven by hours of new commentary, new commentators in German and Russian, and more than 900 new real chants sung in stadiums across the globe. BORRUSSIA-PARK in Mönchengladbach, El Monumental in Buenos Aires, and CenturyLink Field in Seattle make up three of the nine stadiums making their debut in FIFA 16, taking the total to more than 70 stadia in game. And the German Bundesliga gets an authentic presentation package in FIFA 16 synonymous with the league’s television broadcast visuals, including score graphics, team sheets, and player analysis.

FIFA Ultimate Team also adds new broadcast presentation to give fans a unique experience from game-to-game. Dynamic commentary in FUT will now have commentators reacting to the stats and history of your club. FIFA 16 also sees the arrival of Legends Chemistry, which will increase chemistry links between legends and squad players, and eight new FIFA Ultimate Team Legends, only on Xbox.

In Career Mode, Pre-season Tournaments will help managers grow transfer budgets and get their team in good form ahead of competition that counts. Managers will select from three of nine tournaments presented at the start of each season before jumping into their domestic campaign. Player Training will assist in the development of youth and squad players in between matches. Fans will select from more than 30 drills and put up to five players through their paces to improve faster. This opens up new ways to play, especially for those managers looking to develop youth players and transfer them to other clubs.

FIFA 16 innovates across the entire pitch to deliver a balanced, authentic, and beautiful football experience. Watch FIFA 16 trailer featuring Lionel Messi

MLS duo Steven Gerrard and Andrea Pirlo are among the world stars to feature in the trailer for FIFA 16, which will be released next month.

EA Sports have released the advert, which shows exclusive gameplay clips from the new game, which comes out on September 25 in the UK, three days later than in North America and a day after it is released across Europe.

MLS duo

Sky commentator Martin Tyler has retained commentary duties, and describes the brief clips in the trailer above.

Fratton Park, home to Portsmouth, features early in the trailer, after developers included the League Two ground on the game in tribute to its former director, who was a big Pompey fan, after he died from cancer.

VFIFA 16 Is Growing And Changing To adapt to the new environment

Growing And Changing
EA has added hazy, partly cloudy, foggy, random variable rain showers and variable flurries as weather conditions, and expanded the available kick-off times.

The menu interface now allows you to choose a favorite stadium and use it as your background. The menu itself now has a full time highlight option, so you can watch the best moments in a given match.

Vanishing spray has finally been added in, helping recreate the simulation aspect of the game.

Sideline celebrations have been expanded, allowing you to do things like run to the nearest cameraman for a close-up or rush to the substitutes bench to celebrate with your teammates there.

FIFA 16 will do a better job of covering the season. Commentators will remember and recall key highlights, such as notable performances, player debuts, and rumors for transfers and acquisitions. The game’s graphics and commentary will also bring up team stats for each match, and contextualize this in terms of the league standings.

Commentary now includes support for Arabic, Brazilian Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Latin American Spanish, Japanese, Polish, Dutch, and Russian.

And now, about league specific features. The German Bundesliga will get their own overlay, which is authentic to what they actually use in broadcast matches. There are also 900 new chants, all based on the different clubs from different leagues.

How Arsenal’s FIFA 16 Players to be Rated

Player Ratings

We have hit the point where FIFA 15 may start to breed an unquenchable internal thirst for FIFA 16. Of course, EA Sports is a tricky bugger that does not release their FIFA-child until a month after the season commences, adding to the torture.

5 Arsenal Players Bound to be Underrated in FIFA 161d ago
That being said, FIFA 16 is now only about forty days away and I am sure that I am not alone in saying that the days are literally dragging on until the release.

And so, with that in mind, we have to wonder how Arsenal’s players will be rated in the next installment of FIFA. There were many grumblings that Arsenal players were underrated (Giroud… a 79?!) in FIFA 15 and I am in partial agreement. Hector Bellerin was still kicking it at a 67 by the time the season ended and Francis Coquelin was at 75.

Those are two key players that rose to glory with Arsenal but the all-wise, all knowing FIFA overlords saw their contributions as puny. Fair enough. Lets hope the FIFA overlords are pleased with Arsenal for FIFA 16.

FIFA 16 supports the PES 2016 download demo

The biggest competitor to FIFA 16 is coming hard this year with a very early PES 2016 demo release on Xbox One and PS4. PES 2016, or Pro Evolution Soccer 2016, is a rival to the better known in the U.S.

The PES 2016 demo download is available now on PS4 and Xbox One as a free digital download. There is no confirmation of a FIFA 16 demo yet, but it is something EA typically offers about two weeks before the FIFA release date.

Gamers can download the PES 2016 demo now on the PS4 and Xbox One free, without the need to join any early access programs like EA currently offers for Madden 16.

In the PES 2016 demo gamers can choose to play a 7-minute or 10-minute match with a small selection of teams. Choose from AS Roma, Bayern Munich, Juventus, Corinthians, Palmeiras and national teams for Brazil and France. There are options for weather and difficulty.

You can start the PES 2106 demo download on your console, though at this time it is only available in Australia and New Zealand. We expect the full release will bring the U.S. PES 2016 demo download to PS4 and Xbox One shortly. The PES 2016 demo download size is 3.3GB, which should go fast for most users.

PES 2016

There is no mention of a PS3 or Xbox 360 PES 2016 demo download in the works. The game is coming to older consoles, but a demo looks limited to the current generation of gaming systems.

Dynamic Weather – weather can change during a match and influence play.
Goalkeeper ID – Personality to each keeper with new parameters for actions.
Revamped Master League – Complete overhaul with a new player transfer system.

Celebration Control – Complete control of the celebration after a goal.
Image Importing on PS4 and PS3 – Import images of players for realistic looking teams and kit.

The PES franchise is not as well-known and supported in the U.S. as FIFA 16, but this offers a great chance for players to see how PES 2016 compares to FIFA, well ahead of the release dates for both games.
